If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts, concepts, or setups we provide (such as website designs, SEO strategies, ad campaign setups, etc.), you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us, explain your concerns, and we will either make the necessary revisions or issue a refund.

2. Service-Specific Refunds:
 * Website Design Services: If you are not satisfied with the final website design after all revisions have been made, you may request a full refund within 14 days of project completion. Please note that if the website has been published or transferred to your domain, this will void the refund eligibility.
* Google Ads Management, SEO, and Social Media Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds for ongoing services like Google Ads management, SEO, or social media marketing are provided on a pro-rata basis. If you choose to discontinue these services, we will refund the unused portion of your payment, calculated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.

3. Third-Party Costs:
Refunds do not cover third-party costs, such as hosting fees, domain registration, or advertising budgets paid directly to platforms like Google Ads or Facebook. These costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to third-party providers.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs can change, and you may need to cancel a service with us. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and straightforward:

1. No Long-Term Contracts:
We do not require long-term contracts for any of our services. You may cancel any service at any time without penalty.

2. How to Cancel:
* To cancel a service, simply notify us in writing via email or through your client dashboard. Please include your account details and the specific services you wish to cancel.
* Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested. If you prefer immediate cancellation, please specify this in your request.

3. Billing Cycle Considerations:
* If you cancel a service before the end of a billing cycle, you will retain access to that service until the cycle concludes. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
* If you request immediate cancellation, access to the service will be terminated, and a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service will be issued, if applicable.

4. Impact on Ongoing Campaigns:
* For services like Google Ads Management or Social Media Marketing, canceling a service will result in the suspension of any ongoing campaigns or posts. We recommend reviewing your campaigns and discussing with us before cancellation to avoid any disruption to your marketing efforts.

Exceptions and Limitations

While we strive to be as flexible as possible, the following exceptions and limitations apply:

1. Custom Design Projects:
For custom design projects that have been significantly progressed or completed, refunds may be partial, depending on the stage of the project and the resources already committed.

2. Emergency and Rush Services:
Refunds are not available for emergency or rush services due to the expedited nature and immediate resource allocation required for these projects.

3. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as domain registrations, third-party software purchases, and other non-refundable costs paid to third parties on your behalf, are not eligible for refunds.
